EDL Guide
We require our EDLs to be supplied with 3 character event numbers.
We ask them to have the first 8 character abbreviated tape name with a "FROM CLIP NAME" comment line (all comment lines must begin with *), with the exception of RED, which will require the full 16 character file name.
NO RENAMING of files. Please keep filenames as generated by camera.
Only one edit per EDL.
One character space between end of file "name" and "track"
"Source timecode" & "Record timecode" need to be included.
An Offline QuickTime/MPEG must be supplied with each EDL.
